If you cancel the order, the money will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

If your order is not delivered within 85 days, you can get a refund through customer support. You have 14 days to apply.

If you receive a product that's defective, damaged, or wrong colour or size, reach out to our Support team within 30 days. Make sure to include a couple of photos clearly showing the defect.

If the product doesn't suit you or you no longer need it, you have the right to withdraw from the order and request a refund within 14 days from the date you received the order. You'll need to send the product back and pay the return costs. Contact our support team for details.

Please note: the right of withdrawal applies only if the product has not been opened and is returned in its original condition and packaging.
