By using ixovn services, you acknowledge and agree that all activities, content, and communications are subject to compliance with applicable local, regional, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, consumer protection, and intellectual property laws. ixovn reserves the right to take any necessary legal action, including suspension or termination of accounts, removal of content, or cooperation with regulatory and judicial authorities, in order to ensure compliance with such laws and to protect the rights, safety, and interests of ixovn, its users, and third parties. You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. ixovn reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant ixovn a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant ixovn and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify ixovn for all claims resulting from content you supply. ixovn has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. ixovn takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
All content included in or made available through any ixovn Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of the ixovn platform or its content suppliers and protected by European and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any ixovn Service is the exclusive property of the ixovn platform and protected by European and international copyright laws.
All purchases of physical items from ixovn are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Explanation in Simple Terms: When you buy a physical product from ixovn, our responsibility ends once we hand your order to the shipping company. From that point, the product legally belongs to you, and if it gets lost or damaged during delivery, it is your responsibility, not ixovn’s.

The ixovn services and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the ixovn services are provided by ixovn on an "as is" and "as available" basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. ixovn makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the ixovn services, or the information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the ixovn services, unless otherwise specified in writing. you expressly agree that your use of the ixovn services is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by law, ixovn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ixovn does not warrant that the ixovn services, information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the ixovn services, ixovn's servers or electronic communications sent from ixovn are free of viruses or other harmful components. to the full extent permissible by law, ixovn will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any ixovn service, or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through any ixovn service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any ixovn service, its products, or related activities shall be limited to the relationship between the buyer and the seller. ixovn is only a marketplace platform acting solely as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Accordingly, ixovn, its company, its affiliates, and its individuals shall bear no responsibility and cannot be subject to any claim, lawsuit, or legal proceedings of any kind arising from or connected to the use of ixovn services, products, or content. By using ixovn, you agree that ixovn has no liability for errors, omissions, defects, or damages of any kind, and no person may raise a case or seek legal remedies against ixovn in connection with the services, products, or activities carried out through the platform. Any issue or dispute between a buyer and a seller must be resolved within the platform by contacting ixovn, and ixovn will act as the sole mediator to resolve such disputes. However, in cases involving illegal activities or violations of applicable laws, ixovn reserves the right to take any appropriate action, including but not limited to the immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user’s account and denial of access to ixovn services.
It is the express wish of the parties that these Conditions of Use be drawn up in English. In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or conflict between the English version of these Conditions of Use and their translation in another language, the Arabic version shall prevail.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ixovn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the transaction in question.
ixovn may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or its users.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ixovn is established. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
ixovn reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
